Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) / NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) / Montessori Training (mandatory/preferred. Graduation in any discipline ( preferred )

Professional Skills

- Robust understanding of Early Childhood Education (ECE) principles :

- Knowledge of play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning :

- Ability to develop lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities :

- Classroom management skills with a no-punishment approach :

- Basic assessment and observation skills

Language & Communication

- Good command over spoken and written English :

- Ability to communicate clearly with young children and parents

Technical & Digital Skills

- Basic computer knowledge

- Ability to use smart boards, PPTs, videos, and educational apps :

- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Classroom, etc. (preferred)

Experience (preferred)

- 1-3 years of experience in Pre-Primary / Early Years teaching
- Freshers with ECCE/NTT certification can also be considered

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
