- Design and develop engaging content for social media :posts, reels, stories, ad copies, and posters :

- Collaborate with the video and design team to ensure delivery of high-quality creative assets

2. Social Media Management

- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand objectives

- Plan and schedule content across platforms :Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. :

- Monitor performance and track key engagement metrics to optimise campaigns.

3. Website & Blog Content

- Write and edit SEO-optimised blogs and landing pages. :

- Maintain consistent tone, brand messaging, and visual identity across web content.

- Support tracking and performance measurement for all campaigns.

5. Marketing Collateral & Campaign Design

- Develop print and digital marketing materials :brochures, standees, flyers, posters, and promotional videos. :

- Ensure creative assets reflect brand identity and campaign goals.

6. General Marketing Support

- Assist with various marketing initiatives as needed.
- Support the marketing team in campaign planning, execution, and reporting.

Job Summary : Experience - 3+ years Compensation - 30k - 40k per month Required Skill Set :

- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro or any skilled video creation tool

- Adobe Photoshop / Canva (for rapid creative development)

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms & trends :

- Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, etc.)

- Excellent command of written and visual communication

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
