Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to manage our front desk at Rainbow Children’s Hospital. You will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring a smooth registration process and maintaining accurate administrative records.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Coordination : Greeting patients, managing appointments, and directing visitors to the appropriate departments.
- Data Management : Maintaining patient records and hospital logs using MS Excel .
- Call Handling : Managing incoming telephone calls and providing basic information about hospital services.
- Billing Assistance : Preparing basic invoices and maintaining daily cash flow records on the computer.
- Experience :



Prior experience in a front-office or reception role is required .
- Technical Skills :Strong knowledge of MS Excel** and basic computer operations is mandatory.
- Communication : Ability to communicate politely and clearly in Hindi and basic English.
- Professionalism : Punctual, well-groomed, and capable of multitasking in a busy hospital environment.
