About the Role

Shift Details

- US Shift (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM IST, aligned to PST)
- Monday to Friday
- Night Shift (mandatory)

Compensation

- Freshers : ₹2,20,000 CTC per annum
- Performance-based growth opportunities

Eligibility Criteria

- Undergraduates must have relevant work experience
- Willingness to work night shifts (mandatory)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct follow-ups with facilities regarding pending requests
- Update CRM tools with accurate and timely status updates
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette
- Communicate politely, confidently, and effectively on calls

Required Skills :





- Good listening skills and call-handling confidence
- Basic computer proficiency
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with internet-based tools and CRM software
