Main Role & Responsibilities

- Calling customers to get feedback on products.
- Managing other operational work

Detailed Job Description

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product, listening to their feedback.
- Answer questions about products or the company if asked by customers.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” and contact distributors
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Salary : ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
