We are hiring Customer Associates and Senior Customer Associates for a permanent, full-time position in an International US Telecom Inbound Voice Process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in international inbound voice operations, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer service calls for a major US Telecom process.
- Provide exceptional support to customers, resolving queries efficiently in a B2C domain.
- Maintain high-quality performance metrics in line with client SLAs.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

- Education : Minimum 12th pass.
- Experience : Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in an International Inbound Voice BPO (B2C domain) .
- Language Skills : Excellent English communication skills (B2 proficiency level / SHL 58 equivalent).

Shift & Location Details

- Job Type : Full-time, Permanent Hiring.
- Work Mode : Work from Office (WFO).
- Location : NSEZ Noida.
- Shifts : Night shifts, 5 days a week with split week-offs.

Interview Process & Required Documents

- Rounds : HR Round ‭->Ops ‭->‬ SHL 58 / B2 Assessment.
- Required Documentation : Aadhaar Card, all academic documents, all experience/relieving proofs, Photo ID, and your last 3 payslips (if experienced)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
