Job Title: Customer Success Associate - Chat Support (BFSI)

Location : Gurugram, Haryana Work Mode : Work From Office CTC : Up to ₹32,000

We are hiring a Customer Success Associate (Chat Support) with experience in BPO chat processes and a mandatory BFSI background . The role involves handling customer queries via chat while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle customer queries through chat support
- Manage 2+ concurrent chats efficiently
- Resolve BFSI-related queries accurately and promptly
- Maintain compliance with BFSI regulations and company policies
- Meet productivity, quality, and TAT metrics

Eligibility & Skills :

- Minimum 6 months BPO Chat experience :





- Mandatory BFSI experience (Banking / Financial Services / Insurance)

- Excellent English communication (B2 / C1 level)

- No MTI / RTI

- Typing speed 35 WPM or above :

- Immediate joiners preferred
