Role Overview : We are looking for a proactive and communication-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. In this role, you will be the bridge between our market experts and our clients. Your goal is to provide top-tier support to traders and investors, ensure they stay informed via our digital channels, and build long-term relationships that drive growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities **:

- Communication & Engagement _
- Perform daily outbound calls to engage with existing clients and prospects.
- Handle incoming inquiries from stock market traders and investors with professionalism.
- Manage and update clients regarding daily Pre-Market & Post Market analysis and Zoom meeting schedules.
- Advisory & Retention _
- Provide consistent guidance about Risk Management & Protected Trading Experince in stock market to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships to encourage referrals and new lead generation.
- Prioritize service requests for HNI clients to ensure a seamless trading experience.
- Operations & Technical Support :_




- Assist clients with Angel One Demat account queries and back-office processes.
- Resolve questions related to Mutual Funds, Trading, and general Investment strategies.
- Revenue Growth :_
- Identify opportunities to offer insurance products tailored to client needs.
- Cross-sell and up-sell services based on the client's financial goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Market Knowledge :A solid understanding of the Stock Market, Trading, and Mutual Funds.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Marathi ,Hindi Fluent Communication Mandatory English Optional).
- Customer-Centric : A "people person" who enjoys solving problems and helping others succeed.
- Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using Telegram, Zoom, and Demat account platforms (specifically Angel One).
- Sales Mindset : Ability to approach customers for new leads and meet targets for insurance sales.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
