- Handle customer queries via Calls and/or Chat
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
- Maintain service quality and productivity standards
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions

- Good English communication skills required
- Comfortable with rotational shifts

Salary Details :
- ₹18,000 to ₹32,000 CTC per month (Based on interview & experience)
