Job description: Customer Support Executive - Job Description
- Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, and chat support to resolve customer queries.
- Provide accurate product/service information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records in CRM systems and document interactions.
- Meet performance targets like response time, resolution rate, and CSAT.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Demonstrate solid communication, problem-solving skills, and flexibility for rotational shifts.
Job Types : Full-time, Fresher, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
