Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain customer interaction records
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times

Eligibility & Skills :

- 12th Pass (Certificates Mandatory)

- Freshers / Up to 1 year experience

- Positive communication skills in English & Hindi :

- Customer-focused with a positive attitude

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Salary : ₹14,000 - ₹22,000 CTC per month
