- Strong English communication skills

- Versant Score : B2 / C1 (US Voice)

Work Schedule

- Working Days : 5.5 Days per week
- Shifts & Week Offs : Rotational

Cab Facility

- For Male Employees : ₹180 per night shift (× number of night shifts)
- For Female Employees : One-sided cab facility during odd hours

- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
