Job Summary : We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our US Logistics team as Sales Executives & Dispatchers . You will manage outbound calls, build and maintain relationships with carriers and brokers, and ensure smooth shipment operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make high-volume outbound calls to carriers and brokers
- Provide shipment quotes and manage dispatches
- Resolve issues and maintain robust relationships
- Deliver top-tier customer service

Requirements :

- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome




- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Logistics experience is an added advantage
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma
