Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day retail store operations
- Supervise and guide store staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
- Monitor and achieve sales targets
- Handle billing, cash management, and POS operations
- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Ensure store cleanliness, display, and visual merchandising
- Prepare daily sales and stock reports
- Handle opening and closing procedures
- Coordinate with management for smooth store functioning

Requirements :

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in retail store handling (café, bakery, or retail preferred)
- Valuable communication and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems
