Job Summary : Microfilter Polymers Limited is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support our sales team for water treatment products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce company products and services
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate product information
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer data in records or CRM
- Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure closure support
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for enquiries and order follow-ups
- Maintain a skilled and polite communication approach with customers

Requirements :

- Graduate or equivalent qualification




- Minimum 1-2 years of telecalling / customer service experience (preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (local language preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
- Ability to handle customer interactions confidently and professionally

Preferred

- Experience in industrial products / B2B sales
- Knowledge of water treatment or filtration industry (added advantage)

As per experience and company standards.
