Job Description: F&B; Steward / Waiter

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve items accurately.
- Ensure timely service and guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables, restaurant, and service areas.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards as per hotel policy.
- Assist in table clearance and resetting as per operational requirements.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
- 1-3 years of experience in hotel or restaurant service preferred.




- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred).
- Pleasant personality with customer service mindset.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
- Quick learner with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
