We are looking for a passionate and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help expand our student admissions, build partnerships, and contribute to the growth of i5 Technologies.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesStudent Acquisition & Admissions

- Contact and counsel students regarding IT training programs.
- Understand student career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up on inquiries generated through calls, social media, website, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
- Convert leads into admissions.

Business Development

- Develop recent strategies to increase student enrollments.
- Identify potential colleges, institutions, and organizations for collaboration.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and partnerships.
- Promote i5 Technologies training programs in the local market.

Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with students, parents, colleges, and corporate partners.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing students.




- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the admission process.

Marketing Support

- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, workshops, and campus drives.
- Support digital marketing campaigns by following up with generated leads.

Growth & Reporting

- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead and student databases.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

Required Skills :

- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good presentation and counselling skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT courses and technology trends.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Qualification

- Any Degree / MBA Preferred.
- Experience in Education Sales, Academic Counselling, Admissions, Business Development, Telecalling, or Marketing is preferred.
