Position : Admission Counselor

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and relationship building.
- Assist students with the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions in the CRM system.
- Achieve admission targets assigned by the management.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions.
- Address student queries and provide timely support.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and build rapport with students and parents.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
