Responsibilities :

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages as per company standards.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter, workstation, and dining area.
- Handle customer orders, queries, and feedback politely and professionally.
- Manage billing and POS operations accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, stocking, refilling, and reporting shortages.
- Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
- Cooperate with team members to maintain smooth café operations.
- Upsell menu items and promote new beverages when required.

Required Experience & Skills :

- fresher to 4 years of experience as a Barista in a café/restaurant.
- Good knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art (optional), and equipment handling.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene standards.
- Positive attitude and team player.
