- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Identifying client needs, building trust, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Sales & Marketing : Promoting and selling financial products or services, prospecting new clients, and meeting sales targets.
- Market & Competitor Analysis : Staying informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Financial Analysis : Forecasting, monitoring expenses, analyzing performance metrics, and providing data-driven insights.
- Reporting : Monitoring and reporting on sales performance to management.
- Collaboration : Working with marketing and product teams to align sales with business objectives.

Qualifications :
- Any Bachelor's degree in B.Tech is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably within a sales setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards.
- Experience with financial software.
