About Us : XA Sports is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in Adventure and Activities booking. We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media and Marketing Manager. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills to manage our social media presence, run campaigns, and handle B2B partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create engaging content including posts, videos, and graphics.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
- Write compelling and persuasive copy.
- Edit videos and design graphics for social media platforms.

Running Campaigns

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively.
- Analyze data to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
- Create and manage advertisements targeting specific audiences.
- Innovate to design engaging and effective campaigns.

Using AI Tools for Company Operations

- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance operational efficiency.
- Craft prompts to derive useful responses from AI.
- Solve operational issues using AI tools.
- Stay adaptable and updated with AI advancements.

Handling B2B Works (Onboarding Partners)

- Communicate effectively with potential partners.
- Negotiate terms and agreements.




- Manage and maintain positive relationships with partners.
- Use sales skills to onboard new partners.
- Provide excellent customer service to partners.

Inputting Partner Packages through Website

- Ensure accurate data entry of partner packages.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.

Maintaining Partner Relationships

- Continuously engage with partners to strengthen relationships.
- Keep partners informed and address any concerns.
- Resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Build and expand a network of partners.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in social media marketing and campaign management.
- Strong analytical and creative skills.
- Proficient in copywriting, video editing, and graphic design.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry and technical skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and think innovatively.
