Job Summary : The Transport In-charge is responsible for managing communication between parents and the transport department, addressing transport-related queries, ensuring timely updates on routes and schedules, and supporting safe and efficient student transportation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the primary contact for parents regarding transport services.
- Address transport queries, concerns, and feedback from parents.
- Communicate bus routes, timings, delays, and transport updates.
- Maintain student transport records and parent contact details.
- Coordinate with drivers, attendants, and transport team to resolve issues.
- Support transport registrations and route allocations.
- Maintain reports related to transport operations and attendance.

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred. Computer knowledge is must.

Experience





2-4 years of experience in School as Transport Incharge or school administration.

Skills :

- Strong communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Problem-solving ability
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
