Key Responsibilities

- Guide and assist customers with their basic banking queries
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the branch
- Help customers fill out forms and manage queues efficiently
- Provide operational support to branch staff
- Educate customers on digital banking services (ATM, mobile banking, etc.)

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification : Graduate (mandatory)
- Age Limit : 21 to 30 years
- Experience : Minimum 1 year in BFSI or service industry (preferred)

Additional Requirements

- Contract-based role (1-year duration)
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
