- Inventory Control : Managing stock levels, conducting inventory audits, reducing shrinkage, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Customer Experience : Handling customer complaints, maintaining high service standards, and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Visual Merchandising : Implementing store layout plans, maintaining visual standards, and setting up promotional displays.
- Financial Control : Managing payroll, reducing expenses, and preparing financial reports
