Over the last 3 years, we’ve scaled with a CAGR of 53% annually and we’re now entering the next phase of growth.

To unlock this, we are looking for a hands-on operator who can take ownership of execution and help build a scalable organization.

The Role

We are hiring a COO / General Manager to lead and manage end-to-end operations across the company.

This role is for someone who can bring structure to a fast-growing business , build systems, manage teams, and drive accountability across departments.

You will work directly with the founders and take charge of the company’s operating engine.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Business Operations

- Oversee day-to-day operations across freight, procurement, accounts coordination, and admin
- Ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination

Process & SOP Development

- Build and implement SOPs across all functions
- Standardize workflows and reduce dependency on individuals
- Bring discipline and consistency to operations

Financial Control (with Accounts Team)

- Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow discipline
- Ensure job-level profitability tracking
- Identify and plug revenue/cost leakages

Team Leadership

- Lead department heads (Operations, Accounts, Procurement, Sales Coordination, Admin)
- Build second-line leadership
- Drive performance culture and accountability

Reporting & KPIs

- Set up weekly dashboards, MIS, and exception reports
- Ensure founders receive structured, decision-level insights

Customer Experience

- Improve service quality, reduce delays and escalations
- Align sales commitments with operational delivery





Systems & Controls

- Work with IT/vendors to improve:

- Access controls

- System usage and process tracking

Who Should Apply

✔ 10-15+ years in freight forwarding / logistics / supply chain

✔ Proven experience managing multi-function teams

✔ Strong in process building, operations control, and execution

✔ Experience in scaling teams and setting up systems

✔ Commercial understanding (pricing, margins, vendor negotiation)

✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment

Who Should NOT Apply

❌ Looking for a purely corporate/reporting role

❌ Limited to a single function (only ops / only finance, etc.)

❌ Not comfortable with hands-on execution
