Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound and handle inbound customer calls
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers
- Answer customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up on leads and potential customers
- Maintain daily call reports and customer records
- Coordinate and support the sales team

Required Skills :

- Excellent Hindi communication skills
- Basic understanding of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and the internet




- Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Polite, confident, and customer-focused attitude

Qualification

- 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
