Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads :
- Explain company products and services clearly to potential clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information :
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships :
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams for smooth lead conversion and onboarding
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (mandatory)
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally :
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach
Language Requirements
- Telugu
- Hindi
- English
Additional regional language proficiency will be considered an added advantage.
