Job description:

- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Maintain effective communication channel with each client and establish a strong relationship with them.
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Research and analyze sales options
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
- Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports
- Build and maintain professional networks on their customer database
- Coordinate with product team to check the regular product changes and update clients about the new features or product been added to the website




- Maintain the quality of customer database online at the backend with sales person name assigned
- Provide feedback of customer to content, marketing and product team on the display of content & features usability and suggest required changes
- Achieve monthly/quarterly or yearly closure targets and report major problems to upper management
- Maintain monthly MIS and update it to the HR and senior management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products orders/ services
- Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service, payments etc.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
