Job Description - Sales Executive (Retail Sales)

Position : Sales Executive - Retail Sales Company : Viva Composite Panel Pvt. Ltd. Location : Bangalore Industry : Building Materials Salary : ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail customers.
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Appoint and manage dealers in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
- 2-5 years of experience in retail sales , preferably from the building materials industry .
- Experience in handling dealers and channel partners.




- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of the Bangalore market will be an added advantage.
