We are looking for a professional and confident Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant who can handle client meetings, documentation, presentations, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle property and investment inquiries from clients
- Conduct client meetings and site visit coordination
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits
- Prepare professional PPTs, proposals, and presentations
- Maintain client records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with management and sales team
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain professional communication with investors and clients




- Handle office coordination related to sales and documentation

Required Skills :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong sales and client handling ability
- Good knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint
- Professional personality and positive attitude
- Documentation and office coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic understanding of real estate sales and customer management
- Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Luxury Sales preferred
