About the Company : Puri Banker is a growing company in the cake and biscuit manufacturing industry with 9+ retail outlets and a production facility, focused on delivering quality bakery products and expanding market presence.

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
- Create plans to increase brand awareness and product reach
- Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities
- Design promotional campaigns and support product launches
- Work closely with sales teams to improve conversion and target achievement
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results
- Develop pricing, sales, and customer acquisition strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, clients, and partners
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business growth
- Support digital marketing, offline promotions, and brand positioning initiatives

Required Skills :

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3-6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Strategy roles
- Experience in Food, Bakery, FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing Industry preferred
- Proven experience in driving sales growth and market expansion
