Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and close high-value advertising deals
- Identify new clients, agencies, and corporate brands
- Pitch customized advertising solutions across railway & outdoor media
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop long-term client relationships for repeat business

Client & Market Management

- Manage key enterprise accounts and agency partnerships
- Explore current business opportunities across multiple states
- Maintain sales pipeline, reporting, and CRM updates
- Coordinate with internal execution and operations teams

Brand Representation

- Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Represent the company professionally in the advertising industry

Required Qualifications

- 3-6 years of B2B sales experience
- Background in Advertising, Media, OOH, Marketing, or Agency Sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets




- Experience handling high-value accounts preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- Willingness to travel across India
