Job Title : RMC Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
- Generate current sales leads in construction sites and projects
- Visit construction sites, contractors, and builders regularly
- Promote and sell Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) products
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with plant and operations team for timely delivery
- Follow up on payments and outstanding dues
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements :
- Graduate (Any stream) / Diploma in Civil preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in sales (construction/material sales preferred)
- Fresher with good communication can also apply
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to do field work and site visits
- Two-wheeler preferred
Salary : ₹12,000 - ₹14,000
