Core Skills Required

1. MS Office (especially Excel) — MUST HAVE

1) Advanced or at least strong working knowledge o f Excela)

- c) Basic formulas & data handling
- d) Word & PowerPoint for documentation and reporting

1. MIS & Data Management Skills
- Experience in MIS reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) :

- Ability to :Maintain databases, Track sales performance, Generate reports for management

1. Sales Coordination / Backend Sales Support
- Order processing & tracking
- Supporting sales team operations :

- Coordination with internal teams (sales, marketing, accounts)

Prior experience in sales support or coordination is important (2+ years as mentioned).

1. Analytical Skills
- Ability to:

- Analyze sales data
- Identify trends
- Support decision-making

1. Communication Skills (Basic but Clear)
- Good written & verbal English




- Ability to coordinate with:

- Internal teams
- Customers

1. Organizational & Multitasking Ability

- Managing multiple reports, deadlines, and coordination tasks

- Sales order issues

- Data discrepancies

- ✔ 2+ years in Sales Coordination / MIS / Backend Sales :

- ✔ Strong Excel + reporting skills :

- ✔ Experience handling sales data & reports :

- ✔ Good coordination & communication ability

- ✔ Organized and detail-oriented
