Required Skills & Competencies

We are seeking an experienced and target-oriented Field Sales Officer to manage and grow sales in the assigned territory for our FNCG food products including Dhaga Mishri , Boora Sugar, Elaichi Dana, Bakery Sugar, and Invert Sugar Syrups. The role involves distributor handling, market expansion, order generation, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage assigned territory and ensure consistent sales growth :

- Handle distributors, wholesalers, retailers, bakeries, sweet shops, and HoReCa Clients :

- Promote FMCG Products :Dhada Mishri, Boora Sugar, Elaichi Dana, Bakery Sugar & Invert Sugar Syrups :

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets :

- Appoint new distributors and expand retail coverage

- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper stock rotation

- Conduct market visits, beat planning, and route mapping

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends

- Coordinate with office, dispatch, and accounts teams

- Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding control

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Required Skills & Competencies :





- Strong experience in FMCG field sales :

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Distributor and channel management expertise

- Ability to work independently under pressure and targets

- Good planning, reporting, and analytical skills

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
- 2- 5 years of experience in FMCG field sales
- Experience in food products, sugar, bakery, or confectionery preferred

Additional Requirements :

- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel extensively within territory
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven
- Familiarity with local FMCG markets
