Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

- Handle bulk hiring for banking & BFSI programs
- Schedule interviews and follow-ups
- Handle WhatsApp communication and queries

Coordination & Operations

- Coordinate with training & sales teams
- Maintain reports (lead tracker, interview tracker)

Conversion & Counselling

- Support in enrollment and documentation
- Achieve daily/weekly targets

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Graduate / Final Year Students ✔ Good communication skills (Hindi/English) ✔ Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MS Office) ✔ Interest in HR / Recruitment / Sales
