Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven Solar Sales Executive who can turn rooftops into power stations and conversations into conversions. If you can connect with customers and close deals, this is your lane.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads for solar panel installation (residential & commercial)

Visit sites, understand customer needs, and suggest the right rooftop solar system

Explain solar subsidy, cost savings, and ROI in a simple way

Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and deal closures

Coordinate with installation team for smooth project execution

Maintain daily sales reports and pipeline

Requirements : 1-3 years experience in sales (solar / electrical / field sales preferred)

Robust communication & convincing skills





Basic understanding of solar systems (training will be provided)

Own bike & valid driving license preferred

Passion to earn incentives and grow fast
