We’re looking for a Sales Trainer to build and scale a strong learning culture across our architectural teams.

What you’ll do :

- Lead training programs for Sales & design teams
- Identify skill gaps and create learning roadmaps
- Drive onboarding, technical, leadership & soft-skills training
- Partner with leadership to align learning with business goals
- Measure training impact and enable continuous improvement

What we’re looking for :

- 3-6 years of experience in Training & Development (AEC/design preferred)
- Hands-on experience with blended learning models
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Passion for learning, mentoring & people development

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
