Job Title : Executive Sales

Department : Sales

Job Purpose : To generate new business opportunities, promote company products/services, and achieve sales targets through direct client interaction and relationship building.

Age : Under 30 Year

Salary & Perks : ₹19,000 - ₹22,000 per month

(Plus, travel allowance, food allowance, incentives, PF / ESIC)

Note: Final Salary will be only increment after completion of 6 Month Probation Period based on Performance.

Location : All Bihar (Field + Office - Client visits, lead generation, and reporting at Sales office.)

Qualification & Experience : Graduation in any stream (But have good marketing skills & Experience)

1-3 Years in sales/business development (freshers with strong communication & marketing skills can be considered)

Responsibilities : Identify and approach new clients through visits, calls, and networking.

Promote company products and prepare sales proposals/quotations.





Maintain customer database and follow up on leads.

Provide timely sales reports and updates.

Coordinate with CRM and Service teams for smooth order execution.

Skills & Competencies : Solid communication and presentation skills.

Negotiation and persuasion skills.

Customer-focused and target-driven.

Willingness to 100% field travel extensively.

Other Requirements (mandatory) : Valid Driving License (DL).

Own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) for field visits.

Willingness for 100% field travel per day in all regions of Bihar.

Physically fit for field work.

Basic local language proficiency for customer interaction.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
