HIRING FOR NIRMITSU DESIGN LABS PVT. LTD. (DIVISION OF JAI BHUVAN GROUP)

ROLE : Responsible for generating recent business through daily calling, field visits, client meetings and structured follow-ups. Owns the Sales cycle from first contact to quotation and post-service engagement. Maintains disciplined daily reporting.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct outbound calls daily to generate leads and appointments
- Visit clients, present services and conduct in-person meetings
- Identify requirements and coordinate quotations for customers
- Follow up consistently until closure and after service delivery
- Maintain pipeline and submit daily sales activity report
- Build long term client relationships and repeat business

Requirements :





- Proven Sales or Business Development experience
- Strong communication and negotiation ability
- Comfortable with field work and daily travel
- Ability to manage targets, follow-ups and structured reporting

Outcome Expected : Lead generation, meetings, quotations, closures and repeat business tracked through daily reporting and measurable pipeline movement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
