Role - MIS Executive - Sales Order Punching Qualification - Graduate in Commerce / Management / Any discipline Experience - 3 to 6 Years Package - 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA Location - Indore Job type - Full Time, permanent (onsite)

JOB DESCRIPTION : The MIS Executive will be responsible primarily for accurate and timely punching of sales orders into the system, ensuring all entries are error-free and aligned with company policies.

She/he will also be responsible for timely generating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports, SO PJP tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Punch sales orders accurately in the ERP/SFA system. :

- Verify SKU, quantity, pricing, schemes, and distributor details before entry. :

- Coordinate with the sales team for any clarifications or corrections. :

- Prepare reports on order status, dispatch status, pending orders, and stock availability. :

- Track target vs achievement data and share updates with the sales team. :

- Ensure all orders are processed within the defined turnaround time (TAT). :





- Maintain proper record of all orders punched. :

- Maintain SO PJP tracking and share Daily, Weekly and Monthly adherence report.

Key Skills Required

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas). :

- Familiarity with ERP/SFA systems preferred. :

- High attention to detail and accuracy. :

- Ability to work within deadlines. :

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Accuracy in order punching. :

- Timely processing of orders. :

- Error-free data management. :

- TAT adherence for order processing.
