About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Backend Support professional to assist our sales team with administrative, operational, and data-related tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team, operations, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Support & Coordination: Process orders, quotations, and customer requests; maintain CRM records; coordinate with logistics, finance, and production.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales data, dashboards, and reports; track KPIs and provide updates.
- Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution: Serve as a point of contact for order confirmations, shipments, and documentation; escalate issues when needed.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare invoices, delivery notes,



contracts; ensure adherence to company policies.
- Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements; support implementation of new tools and systems.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales support, operations, or backend roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred: Experience with ERP systems or sales automation tools; understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
