We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Executive to manage inbound interest, conduct initial conversations with prospective clients, and ensure timely engagement with companies actively exploring recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Run cold sales calls using our in-house tools.
- Engage with inbound and warm leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other direct communication channels
- Conduct initial qualification conversations to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Follow up systematically with existing and previously contacted leads
- Schedule discovery or demo calls for senior team members when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in shared systems or CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine outreach messaging and improve response rates

Required Qualifications





- Strong verbal communication skills with a qualified and confident phone presence
- Ability to clearly articulate value propositions and ask structured discovery questions
- High level of responsiveness and follow-through in lead communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
- Willingness to quickly learn and understand Scouto’s product and target customers

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in sales or similar client-facing roles

Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking systems, or sales workflows

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
