Position : Real Estate Sales Executive Location : Baner, Pune Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 + Incentives (Based on Performance)

Key Responsibilities :

- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Conduct site visits and property showings.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.





Requirements :

- 0-2 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred, but freshers are welcome).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Own vehicle preferred for client visits.
