Job Description - Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and maintain robust relationships with prospective buyers.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain project details to clients.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information regarding property specifications, pricing, and payment plans.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and meetings to convert prospects into sales.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and sales progress.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with the sales team, CRM team, and project management teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
- Assist in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions when required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
