Senior Business Development Executive - EdTech Sales

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct 80-100 quality outbound calls daily to prospective students and leads.
- Generate and convert leads into enrolled students through effective consultative selling.
- Guide prospective students through our tech training programs by understanding their career goals and addressing objections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and clients.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups with hot and warm leads.
- Update CRM tools regularly with accurate lead interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in EdTech sales or high-ticket B2C sales.
- Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Malayalam with basic English communication skills.




- Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
- Strong emotional intelligence, persistence, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Experience in EdTech, IT, or Training Institute sales.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling high-ticket sales (₹50,000+ product range).
