POSITION PROFILE

Position Title : Executive

Department : Sales & Marketing

Location :Near HP Petrol Pump, Naigaon Road, Brahmanwada, Shinde, Tal

- Sinnar, Dist-Nashik.

ROLE & Responsibilities-

1. Timely participation in tenders and submission of offers.

2. Handling post-order activities and coordination.

3. Addressing and resolving customer queries.

4. Conducting price analysis—comparison of current and historical pricing (e.g., MAHAGENCO).

5. Preparing and managing Sales MIS, order bookings, and pending orders for the previous financial year.

6. Coordinating with accounts for tender fees, EMD, and portal payments to ensure timely submissions.

7. Searching, sharing, reviewing, preparing, and submitting tenders (especially for HAL & NDA); arranging QR documents; and coordinating for vendor/product registration.

8. Supporting the front sales team with technical documentations (e.g., GTP, drawings approvals), following up on tender results,



and maintaining the tender participation list.

Education Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with technical and commercial documentation
- Good command over MS Office, ERP/SAP systems
