Job Title : Front Office Sales Executive Industry : Hotel / Hospitality Job Summary : Responsible for generating room and service sales through walk-in guests, inquiries at the front desk, and upselling hotel products while managing front office operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries
- Upsell rooms, packages, and hotel services
- Assist with check-in/check-out and reservations
- Coordinate with sales and reservations team
- Maintain guest records and sales reports
Skills Required :
- Strong communication & sales skills
- Guest handling and upselling ability
- Basic PMS and computer knowledge
- Presentable and customer-focused
Qualification & Experience :
- Hotel Management / Any graduate preferred
- 1-4 years experience in front office or hotel sales
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
