Position: Sales Executive / Academic Counselor

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can handle parent inquiries, convert leads into admissions, and drive revenue growth for our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, digital inquiries)

- Conduct counseling sessions with parents and students :

- Explain courses like Personality Development, Public Speaking, Robotics, Abacus, etc. :

- Convert inquiries into paid admissions :

- Follow up with pending and old leads regularly :

- Maintain and update lead management sheet / CRM :

- Coordinate with academic team for batch allocation :





- Ensure high parent satisfaction and relationship building :

- Support in events, demo sessions, and marketing activities

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in sales / counseling / education industry :

- Robust communication and convincing skills :

- Confident in handling parents and children interaction :

- Target-driven mindset

- Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM tools :

- Immediate joiners preferred
