About CollegeGyan:

CollegeGyan is an online education guidance platform that helps students explore and choose suitable online and distance-learning programmes from UGC-accredited universities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social media and other platforms.
- Connect with prospective students and understand their educational requirements.
- Explain relevant university programmes and admission processes.
- Follow up with potential students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert interested leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain daily lead records and submit performance reports.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with and persuading prospective students.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.




- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Freshers and undergraduate students are welcome to apply.

Stipend & Incentives:

- Full time: ₹2k-5kper month + ₹2,000 per successful admission.
- Stipend doubled on 5 successful admissions in the first month
- Performance-based incentives and stipend revisions from the second month, based on productivity and performance.
